in my experience availability reports are reliable, the only issue is often the health model is cluttered by too many bad MPs so, based on the class you&#039;re reporting availability to you can have mixed result. A few advice, be as specific as you can (for example don&#039;t use windows computer class rather use Windows OS class, disable all the monitors that are always &quot;red&quot;).

Are your results simlar? The agents report as healthly, the system reports as down.]]></description>
