Process Monitoring Template available

I got the green light from MS, I added the link to my previous post. In any case here it is: QND.ProcessMonitoring.Library.mp

    Daniele,

Any chance I could get you to repost “QND.ProcessMonitoring.Library.mp”? Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be on your live drive anymore.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi again

Just a little feedback on the mp (which btw is awesome): When you have created the process monitor you want, it is not possible to look at the properties, at least i am getting an error, starting with this (too long to type in everything):

Note: The following information was gathered when the operation was attempted. The information may appear cryptic but provides context for the error. The application will continue to run.

Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Internal.UI.Authoring.Extensibility.UISDKException: The page could not be loaded. Please review the errors and try again. —> Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Internal.UI.Authoring.Extensibility.UISDKException: The page could not be loaded. Please review the errors and try again. —> System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML document (7, 2). —> System.FormatException: The string ” is not a valid Boolean value.

    Are you experiencing the same?

Cool! What does it take to import the mp? Any dependencies?

QND Process Monitoring Library could not be imported.

If any management packs in the Import list are dependent on this management pack, the installation of the dependent management packs will fail.

The requested management pack was invalid. See inner exception for details.
    Parameter name: managementPack

      Hi Michael,
it should have no particular dependency, just system MPs. Are you using OpsMgr 2007 R2? Please check the event log opn the RMS for the detail of the issue and get it back to me.
