The big news of the week is Azure Private Link is finally GA.
Azure App configuration is GA. For those who don’t know this developers oriented service, it allows to centrally manage app configurations.
Azure Virtual Network introduces NAT in preview, this simplifies how vnet connected VMs access the public Internet (outbound traffic). Every subnet within a vnet can have it’s own public IP address for NAT traffic, also you can scale up to 16 IP addresses in a pool.
Azure Firewall manager can manage azure firewall deployed in hub vnet and virtual WAN hubs. The service is still in preview. Speaking of Azure Firewall I find it useful to list the latest features added to the platform:

- Forced tunneling support now in preview
- IP groups now in preview
- Customer configured SNAT private IP address ranges now generally available
- High ports restriction relaxation now generally available
The first synchronization of data for Azure backup to a recovery vault can now be performed offline using Azure Data Box. The features is in preview.
